Terms & Conditions

• Hechter Paris Australia reserves the right to change the chosen garment (in consultation with the customer) if:
  • the item chosen by the customer is sold out
  • the discount code incorrectly allocates the wrong items (2 shirts rather than a tie and shirt)
• If the chosen free/discounted garment is not suitable (either size or style) it is at the customer expense to organise postage.
• Should the customer request a refund and the amount falls below the required amount for the free item, the customer must return the free item as well or pay the excess.
• The discount code cannot be applied after the order has been placed and payment has been made.
